The downloads stay freely available under their stated licences. Discuss model matching, procurement analysis or a custom integration. We check source permissions and agree scope and pricing before work begins.
How to credit
You may use, change and republish the data, also commercially, as long as you credit the source and say if you changed it. Write:
FixIndex.eu, CC BY 4.0 (fixindex.eu/data/)
For the eprel_* and eu_* fields also credit "Source: EPREL, European Commission". The Commission does not endorse FixIndex.
What is in it
One row per phone: the update end date FixIndex uses and its source, years of updates left and battery replacements (the cost-per-year inputs), and the EU label values from EPREL. Every field has a source, a licence and a retrieved date.
For 72 phones the update end date is "withheld" because its source does not allow redistribution (see below).

Sources and licences
FixIndex.eu, CC BY 4.0. Computed or compiled by FixIndex.eu (method: https://fixindex.eu/methodology/).
EPREL (European Product Registry for Energy Labelling), European Commission, CC BY 4.0. Public EPREL data, © European Union. Reused under the Commission reuse policy (Decision 2011/833/EU; CC BY 4.0 as the default licence under Decision C(2019) 1655) and, for API data, the EPREL API terms (Art. 4: reproduction and distribution with credit to the Commission services in charge of EPREL; no suggestion of endorsement). Values are copied unchanged from the model's EPREL product information sheet; each row links to its EPREL record. (terms)
endoflife.date, MIT. Release dates and support end dates compiled by endoflife.date contributors under the MIT licence (notice included in LICENSE.txt); each row links to the manufacturer page endoflife.date cites. (terms)
Not included, and why
We leave out anything whose source licence does not allow redistribution or is unclear. These still appear on the site with a link to their source.
- Official part prices from Apple (Self Service Repair Store). Apple's website terms forbid copying or redistributing site content without written permission. The phone page still links each price to selfservicerepair.eu. (terms)
- Apple Self Service Repair manuals. The phone page links to the manual on support.apple.com in the page language. Apple's website terms forbid copying the manual into this download. (terms)
- Apple-sourced release date and support status where the saved endoflife.date list does not include the phone yet (iPhone Duo). Apple's website terms forbid copying or redistributing site content without written permission. The phone page still links Apple's newsroom and spec page. No support-end date is stored: Apple has not published one, and there is no EPREL label, so there is no EU-label minimum either. When the saved endoflife.date iPhone list includes the cycle, the next catalogue build switches release and support to that MIT-licensed row. (terms)
- Genuine Google Pixel part prices (iFixit Europe, Google's EU parts channel). iFixit's terms of use forbid reproducing or distributing site content without written permission. (terms)
- Samsung part prices (Samsung price list PDF). Samsung's website terms forbid reproducing any part of the site elsewhere without written permission. (terms)
- Fairphone part prices (Fairphone shop). Fairphone's web content is licensed for non-commercial use only (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), which is not compatible with CC BY 4.0. (terms)
- Xiaomi Security Center dates (update end and launch dates of Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO phones). We found no licence that allows redistribution, so these fields are marked "withheld". The EU-label minimum from EPREL is still included where it exists. (terms)
- IMEI/TAC data (Osmocom TAC database). Licensed CC BY-SA 3.0; its share-alike condition is not compatible with releasing the bundle under CC BY 4.0. (terms)
- Retailer and affiliate feed prices, deal checks and price history. Used under affiliate programme terms; FixIndex does not redistribute them.
- Model numbers and marketing-name lookups from manufacturer pages, and iFixit links. Taken from pages whose terms we have not cleared for redistribution.
Changelog
1.0.1 (26 Oct 2026)
- iPhone Duo is listed from Apple's pages while the saved endoflife.date iPhone list has no cycle for it. Its release date and support status stay out of this download. No support reference date is included: Apple has not published an end date, and there is no EPREL label from which to calculate a separate EU planning floor.
1.0.0 (24 Oct 2026)
- First release: one row per phone with support reference dates (sourced manufacturer dates via endoflife.date or calculated EU planning floors), years to those references, modelled battery replacements at 365 cycles a year, and EPREL label values (repairability class and index, battery cycles, energy class and more). An EU floor is not a confirmed end of updates.
- Left out: official part prices, Xiaomi Security Center dates, Osmocom TAC data, and retailer and affiliate prices (see "Not included").
